Boris Bunnik dons his Conforce guise again for this full-length for Deslin. Presentism - by definition - is a philosophical doctrine where advocates believe that only the things and ideas in the here and now truly exist. While that thematic influence will have no doubt manifested itself in a host of ways on this LP, there is a spontaneity and colour to this LP that feels extremely of-the-moment. The techno on show is warm and rounded. Cuts like Motion Sequence and the stunning Hydrosphere float and bounce along with a kind of blissful aimlessness. Great stuff from Bunnik once again.
