Conforce’s relationship with the Dutch imprint Delsin (Redshape, A Made Up Sound) bears more fruit in the form of new EP Haedron. This is a set of impeccably-crafted dub techno that maintains bite in its grooves even while the textures spiral into the ether. The two most ethereal cuts bookend the EP - both Haedron’s title track and ‘Quantum Phaser’ feature the hissing plumes of reverb and metallic synths you find in Basic Channel’s classic work. Sandwiched between these we get the tighter, heavier mid-set rollers ‘Scorched Earth’ and ‘Muon Transverse Momentum’.
