The marketing manager will be primarily responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies for Bleep.com with three key aims: customer acquisition, brand-building, and customer engagement. Whilst continuing to manage and develop our existing content marketing strategies, the manager will be expected to actively pursue new ideas and opportunities.
The role requires working closely with the music and content team to assist with creating a coherent and unified strategy across both content and marketing.
Candidates should have 1 - 2 years in either a retail or marketing role. They should take an analytical and data-driven approach to their work. This requires not only being able to devise and execute a strategy, but also critically analyse the results and feed back to the wider organisation.
Candidates should have be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of online retail, and have a wide knowledge of the products sold on the store and the partners we work with.
Excellent numerical and literary abilities are essential, as is a solid foundation in digital marketing practices.
As part of a small team the marketing manager will be hands on in all aspects of the promotion of the store. They should should have original and effective ideas, and be able to able to carry them through to completion. This requires finding solutions to problems and knowing how to utilise the resources available to them to get the job done.
