Welcome to the Bleep Weekly Roundup, our guide to the best new releases and warehouse arrivals.

Our release of the week is from veterans Luke Vibert and Posthuman with the latest in the Unitary Covert Sonic Procedures series. Originally released as an exclusive tour-only 12" in the USA as part of their I Love Acid dates, Balkan Vinyl have made the lysergic cuts available once more, this time as a pressing of randomly assigned colour vinyl and centre label designs adequately summing up the various states at play across the tracks from each producer taking in classic 303 lines, biting breakbeats and ravey electro squelch.

Elsewhere this week: Berlin-based producer and vocalist Yosa Peit returns with an album full of contrasts, in which guttural distortion is smithed into slow moving, ambient leaning experimental pop songs. Exclusive Mikrobiom EP delivered digitally to your Bleep account with all orders.

Sega Bodega's third album travels ever deeper into his transmogrified club visions. Dennis shifts from mutant dance sonics to measured pop sensibilities, mimicking the disorienting feeling of not knowing whether you’re awake or asleep as the constant dream state switches hyperventilating UK bass for breathy iridescent folk cinematics.

Oren Ambarchi, Johan Berthling and Andreas Werliin fold in jazz, funk, ambient and drone into their beguiling improvisational chemistry. While best heard collectively, Ghosted is undoubtedly centred around the remarkable ‘tre’ which pairs a tranquillising guitar line that slowly unravels into chaos in front of a jazz strut to great effect.

Be sure to check out the Richard Norris book on White Rabbit with limited signed copies and a bonus CD including tracks from his discography.

Our download of the week is the latest single from Actress landing on Smalltown Supersound ahead of his latest incredible album Statik. ‘Dolphin Spray’ struts with a frequency shifting beat not unlike the hiss of ocean spray as boats sway in the sea breeze, completed by a glistening pitter-patter synth melody and a subtle whistle. The lo-fi and lowkey beats dissipate into the idyllic yet hypnagogic seafoam wash of ‘Static’, with a heartbeat bass resonating throughout.

Enjoy!
