The long-awaited vinyl reissues of legendary janglists Felt finally arrive via Cherry Red. For ten years, Felt gave the world ten near-perfect albums and ten near-perfect singles that have gone to make up some of the most alluringly distinct and unmistakably unique ambient reaching post-punk music to ever be recorded.

Originally released in 1985 and produced by Cocteau Twins Robin Guthrie, Ignite The Seven Cannons And Set Sail For The Sun features more of the swirling indie-pop realism of Cocteau, yet on this reissue (and under the watchful guise of Lawrence) John A. Rivers has been given access to the original master tapes and six songs have been remixed, ensuring that these songs can be heard as originally intended by the group.
