All time genius soul business here from the late Leon Ware. The guys at Be With worked with the singer when they first launched their label, so it’s a nice testament to their admiration and gratitude that they celebrate his legacy with this reissue. Rockin’ You Eternally is the sort of LP that covers all the bases; vocoder electro funk, samba influenced steppers with Marcos Valle (!) and even the sweet ballad of ‘Got To Be Loved’. Already a classic with all the soul boys, despite originally coming out on Elektra it’s become fairly hard to find over the years. Good follow up from Be With after their Alec Mansion LP!
