London based promoters BleeD unleash the first cut on their self-titled label with a five track EP of streamlined techno tools from the brain behind the organisation Casper aka Volte-Face. Having put on parties hosting everyone from Oneohtrix Point Never, Kassem Mosse & Objekt to running the now legendary annual Blackest Ever Black bloodbaths in London they have moved into label territory in fine style. Opener 'Until the Light Takes Us' is a sharp 8 minute build up of tense drums and the finest Rob Hood minimalism this side of Detroit while 'Sine Qua Non' is Basic Channel dub techno if it was transported through Dalston on the 149 late at night. Elsewhere they enlist the help of Peder Mannerfelt to take a stab at 'Until the Light Takes Us' with a scratchy acid remix, a killer start to a sure to be one-to-watch label.
