NYC based DJ, producer and University professor drops new 12” on BleeD, marking the seventh release on the label. Phil Moffa came to the attention of most techno fans through his work with Anthony Parasole back in 2012, but since then has been carving his own path with a sound thoroughly rooted in NYC dance culture.
