Welsh producer Wesley Matsell releases an EP of '90s-esque ecstasy for Border Community. 'Total Order Of Being' is an electric carnival of big room dance music, nostalgic for the gold age of UK rave, arpeggios and samples thrown together in a hedonistic whirl. 'Future Beacon' is similarly blissful though slightly more restrained, glittering synthesizers sparking playfully. 'Dowlais Wheelie Crew' is darker in tone and texture, carried along on rough kicks, while 'Rite Of Pant' closes the EP with hollowed-out percussion and layers of trance-leaning pads.
