Fresh from the release of debut album ‘Incubation’ on Berlin behemoth Ostgut Ton, US born veteran David Sumner AKA Function brings together a diverse range of artists for an adventurous remix package. Sumner draws on his murky Sandwell District affiliate Rrose who twists and distorts 'Against The Wall' into a sinister, hypnotic pulse. Deeper textures are explored on Vatican Shadows’ take on 'Psychic Warfare' whilst German duo NSI add their stripped, experimental touch to 'Inter'. Lastly, Recondite provides the most floor friendly moment, infusing a minimal, driving momentum to 'Incubation (ritual)'.
