London experimental trio Moin return to the AD 93 label for a new EP of bonus goodies from last year’s masterful Paste LP. Do not mistake Clocked Off for a mere collection of extras though, as Moin packs a barrel full of fresh ideas into each track, pointing towards where they are headed just as much as where they’ve already been. The treadmill-like pacing of ‘Pockets’ certainly adds even more fuel to the Fugazi comparisons, but it’s the sparse and patient ‘Will I Have Enough Grapes’ that truly stuns here, crossing over into post-rock in its widescreen scope.
