The annual LuckyMe Advent compilation is back to round out a year that brought exciting releases from all over their roster, and to hint at what’s in store for us next. As usual with LuckyMe, there’s a lot of dazzling variety to dig into, from the jazzy slowburn of On One’s ‘Prelude’ to Lunice’s explosive trap machinations. Nathan Micay’s ‘The Rite Time’ is simultaneously propulsive and blissed out production, leading into a total banger from Baauer, and Cid Rim’s slick rhythms and fuzz fraying the edges of pop music.
