The meeting of one half of Finnish experimental duo Pan Sonic, Ilpo Vaisanen, and Dirk Dresselhaus of Schneider TM fame, must seem too good to be true for many. However, there really is no catch, the meeting of minds do not disappoint, unleashing a cacophony of atmospheric drones and samples produced from a repertoire of instruments including acoustic instruments and more unconventional apparatus such as various metal objects, glass bowls and pieces of wood. What ensues is a foreboding atmosphere of contrasts - weight meets weightlessness and light meets dark.
