Legendary Detroit techno don John Beltran reignited his long dormant Placid Angels moniker last year for an acclaimed LP entitled Touch The Earth. Planet Mu boss µ-Ziq turns ‘Beauty Begins With Us’ into liquid jungle, while lo-fi house head Baltra goes nearly Balearic with his take on ‘Our Love Is The Place’. Beltran himself closes out Touch The Earth Remixes with a fresh hand drum assisted take on ‘When The Sun Shines Through’.
