Thomas Köner’s Motus LP is a set of technoid sound design that bubbles and gurgles with a strangely hypnotic power. The record pushes out beyond the abstractions of Prurient and Oberman Knocks into a space where drones writhe and rumble in a manner that you can't help the beguiled by despite the overarching feeling of unease they invoke. Motus is one to file next to the likes of Mika Vainio and Scorn.
