October and Borai team up for another round of brooding club salvos. Fatal Rumba’s title-track makes good on its name with a kind of deep techno take on rumba, its skipping snares and shuffling shakers opening the door to frosty synth chords. ‘Left Turn’, the other October/Borai original here, is a dubbed-out EBM thing that has shades of Lucy and Serena Butler to it. The Fatal Rumba EP is rounded out by Bash & T’s dembow-indebted reworking of ‘Left Turn’.
