Third record on the formidable Northern Electronics label from Lundin Oil (a side project of Abdulla Rashim, founder of the Norwegian imprint). Not much is known about this shady work, but Lundin Oil is a Swedish petroleum corporation, and the track titles shake with the tremors of major-business and socio-political paranoia. Whatever the context this is ambient doom of the highest grade. Lurching from frostbitten Thomas Koner glacial drone, to throbbing Hospital Records Technoise – Rashim has killed it here.
