Finders Keepers Records has thankfully uncovered one of experimental musician and legendary drummer Steve Reid's seminal spiritual jazz recordings, a beguiling odyssey with his New Life Trio entitled Visions Of The Third Eye. Backed by Brandon Ross and David Wertman, the New Life Trio were highly-touted among the fertile New York avant-garde jazz scene.
