Sex Tags Mania offshoot Wania is back with a one-track-four-versions release to cover all bases. While each of the four mixes of ‘Jugando con Fuego’ deserves top billing, it is the ‘Club Mix’ which will likely be seen as the original artefact due to containing all of the base materials from which the three subsequent pieces are formed. It’s a lovely cut, never forcing the issue too much but rather creating a sweet, nimble groove from linear drum tracking and some sparkling harmonic interplay. The ‘Percussion Mix’ is a latin-flecked workout, while the ‘Cosmix’ brings in plenty of space-house elements. The ‘Sunrise Mix’ sits somewhere between the two, full of twinkling synths but also an insistent, chirruping hi-hat.
