DJ Sotofett turns in a big hitter for his Wania imprint, backed with a no-nonsense doom drone akin to something resembling the darkest corners of Coil or the Amfibia off shoot.
The eleven and a half minute Soukas mix sounds like the night before the morning the absolutely startling Current 82 (12 mix) morning after, a heady tribal mix of middle Eastern percussion and unseen voices deep in the mix. On the flip the lesser seen Vera Dvale returns following some DX-100 input on WANIA 5-oh-90 with a stark, ice cold drone fixation that aligns more with the Sex Tags Amfibia branch of more darkside mechanics.
