Naples-based Gang Of Ducks favourite Dave Saved lands back on the imprint with a contorted selection of vocal mutations on the Energydream EP. Here, the Italian rounds up a selection of vocal house classics and mutilates, deforms and processes them into new forms completely unrecognisable from their original states. Set against a dark, dramatic and distinctly dystopian backdrop, the warped vocals are skilfully re-appropriated for today’s gloomier clubbing landscape, rather than their original origins.
