Leo Abrahams has an enviable address book. He is a frequent collaborator with Brian Eno, Jon Hopkins and has passed studio time with Roxy Music, Nick Cave, Florence and the Machine, Paul Simon and Pulp. In November 2015 he has a new solo LP coming called Daylight which features percussion from Warpaint's Stella Mozgawa. For this jump-off single he is back with Eno again for the Dan Deacon-styled Pop clatter of ‘Chain’, a riot of backwards vocals and rumbling drums. Apparently, Abrahams recorded the original vocal track, was compared to Eno, so asked Eno to sing with him. Canadian modern-composer CFCF (Paper Bag Records, Acéphale Records, RVNG Intl.) helps out on the flip with a narcotic remix with shades of Abbott, Holden, Fake…
