Chicago based Thrill Jockey are reissuing this underrated gem from NYC band White Hills. The experimental psych rock trio recently played themselves and performed ‘Under Skin Or By Name’ in Jim Jarmusch’s Only Lovers Left Alive. Originally released back in 2007, the album moves between ambient instrumentals, spacey freakouts and noise, taking influence from both Krautrock and stoner rock. Previously only available in a very limited number of CDs, the album is getting a well-deserved remaster together with redesigned cover art.
