New York art collective Lansing Dreiden are either shy or aloof depending on who you talk to: rarely photographed or interviewed, the group chose to let their brand of post-punk do the talking. Mexican Summer are reissuing their scant back catalogue starting with this 2003 debut album. Filled with fast-paced psychedelic space-rock (‘Metal on a Gun’) and crackling guitar highs/shoegaze vocals (‘Glass Corridor’), this is a much welcome expansion of a classic LP.
