Silent Servant returns to the Tresor label for a new EP entitled In Memoriam. Tracing the line of influences he’s internalised and carried across his three decades in dance, each track on In Memoriam is named in deference to (and is influenced by) a particular regionally and chronologically specific strain of techno. Primordial Detroit machine funk, Belgian industrial, Berlin chillout, and UK hardcore all get their flowers here, with the ice-cold precision we’ve come to expect from Silent Servant tying it all together with love.
