Ambient music pioneer Mark Van Hoen returns to R&S after his benchmark releases for Touch and as Locust for R&S offshoot, Apollo. 'Playing With Time' is a collection of ten tracks built from gentle precussive glitches and subtle, strobing interference. Expect to hear something that sounds like the organic style of Touch mixed with the the claustrophic, digital production of Alva Noto.
