Danny Wolfers tries yet another name out for size. Technically the one best-known as Legowelt hasn’t come up with a new alias to front the Means To Freedom LP - he issued two EPs under the name of Gladio back in the mid-2000s. However, it’s been such a long time since he’s done anything under this moniker that we can’t have been the only ones who thought the project was dormant. We’re so glad it’s not though. Means To Freedom is some of the finest stuff Wolfers has come out with for a while. Wolfers returns to his roots here, screwballing classic Midwest techno/electro through his own unique filter.
