Lapalux resurfaces for the first time since the Ruinism session with a deeply emotive and outstandingly well documented ambient session, 'ABOVE_BETWEEN_BELOW' for Brainfeeder.

Drawing inspiration from the journey through life, death and the afterlife, the three movements here take the listener on a tear-drenched trip. Starting out with the sky wide notion of “Above” where the tranquil sense of hypnagogia is strong, things soon start to delve into the darker currents. By the second movement, we are plunged into the lost world ambience of “Between” which lets us hang on just long enough to catch one last breath before "Below" brings closure with its funeral procession drones, slowly submerging into deeper waters than you will have ever swum before. This one really hits you hard on every level.
