Sickest beat styles from the Best Available Technology on Exposure Therapy, channelling the ghosts of low-fi beats through a hazy view of a world submerged within an instrumental aquatic trip/hip-hop tilt.

The tracks on Exposure Therapy don't particularly bounce into view as much as they sort or morph into view from billowing clouds of skunk smoke blowing out the window of a passing low rider. Coming from a mind well educated within the fields of classic hip-hop, the added layer of fuzz and vinyl crackle gives a sort of feeling that resembles something like The Caretaker dropping his ballroom wax to go digging with Jonny Trunk and Jan Jelinek.

An excellent album that builds a sort of bridge between hazy dub techno and more traditional beat structures, verdict? Killer!
