Krampfhaft remixes History of Touches from Vulnicura. The Dutch producer maintains all the heartbreaking pathos of Bjork’s original vocal but places it in the middle of an industrial/ ambient framework. The lyrics about physical contact and personal relationships are played out in front of a fragmented backdrop with heavy beats and a pulsating synths. Ending coldly on the sound of Bjork’s final phrase, Krampfhaft creates an atmosphere to rival that of the unique Vulnicura universe.
