South Africa's Felix Laband makes his return with his latest long player Deaf Safari, his first with a powerful political twist. In his time away, Laband went on a quest to fully understand African affairs and in turn managed to find a sound and concept that really excited and motivated him. Comprised of nine tracks, Deaf Safari carefully manages to evokes contrasting emotions, much like the state of affairs Laband recently came to understand so deeply.
