Turkish-born and Brooklyn-based techno wizard Mehmet Irdel aka Løt.te returns with the inexorable History Of Discipline EP. It means a continuation of the hot streak of releases that The Bunker New York started in 2014: the label offspring of the legendary parties run by Bryan Kasenic, the imprint is intended as a platform for their impressive array of guests. Inspired by the physical and gritty aspects of industrial music, Løt.te makes his second appearance, and delivers two upbeat peak-time bangers that won’t disappoint fans of Regis and Function. The title track emphasises its propulsive kicks and shuffling hi-hats, whereas ‘A Mutable Constant’ introduces subtle harmonic layers.
