New York native Falty DL and Fotomachine team up to share the spoils on a retro-tinged, two-tracked run out coming via Falty’s own Blueberry Records. As a direct twist on 4Hero’s long running ‘ardcore jungle Tom & Jerry series, the Ren & Stimpy EP channels sliced and diced electro rhythm resulting in something far from cartoonish. Falty goes first with ‘Flesch’, diffusing over a taut electro groove with boisterous drum rolls filling the spaces in-between; Fotomachine drops ‘Neo Geo’ on the other side, a more lustrous number with acute 1/16 hi-hats cutting through the track like a surgical knife.
