Little seems to be known about ominous sound sweller (ghost). All the tracks of this LP have been written and produced by Denver’s Brian Froh. A virtual unknown but not looking to give much in the way of answers on A Vast and Decaying Appearance. As the artwork suggests, this record exists mid-erosion. Scolded synths cause friction against harsh percussion and amorphous melodies get born out of the fuzz. Even on the more dance-friendly cuts like Vessel or Those Words I Spoke, there is an undercarriage of mayhem. An intriguing record of deconstruction and reparation.
