Chicago’s Dante Carfagna – also editor of the magazine Wax Poetics – releases his second album as Express Rising. It’s a post-rock leaning work of cut and paste composition, the eerie twang of gently paced guitars and use of reverb creating an isolated world of glimmering and sublime bedroom pop.
