Dubstep producer Photomachine has a storming second release on his new label Technicolour with this EP from Dolor, perhaps best known as the man sending tapes to Ninja Tune’s Lorn. Over six tracks he goes to the corners of UK bass music: ticking, zappy beats over grime chords on ‘Our Number’; crisp IDM and dreamy organs on ‘It’s Sexy Outside’. As the label name suggests, the future here is luminous.
