Turkish producer Fluctuosa makes his debut on Analogical Force with a new EP of braindance and experimental electronica entitled Wetware. Fluctuosa often goes the delayed gratification route throughout here, tinkering with off-beat and almost ambient build-ups on tracks like ‘Cobwebby’ and ‘Stargaze’ before opening the release valve with either explosive jungle-indebted breakbeats (on the former) or dembow-esque, simple kick and snare patterns (on the latter). The end result makes for an inspiring headphone listen carved from club aesthetics.
