Bleep

This record hails the return of Olivier Alary, aka Ensemble, who recorded for Rephlex many Moons ago. Here he finds himself on Fat Cat records, his music much upgraded, keeping his subtle electronic textures but deepening them with guitar, bass, orchestra, his own voice and the world weary tones of Chan Marshall aka Cat Power, on the duet 'Delete Disown', a distinctly bleak but beautiful track. Things don't get a whole lot happier, but remain entriguing and beautiful on Carmine, with singer Tamar Amir, look forward to the album, and welcome back Olivier!
