From the historically, musically fertile 'Southside' of Chicago, this young producer makes his Planet Mu debut, and is set to make a mark on the sound of contemporary dance music. 'Footwork' is a strain of the ghetto dance sound of Juke that has been championed over the years by DJs Funk, Sluggo, Deeon and Murderbot, since its beginnings on legendary Dance Mania label; made up from hyperspeed 808 drum rhythms and gonzo sampling techniques and expressed in an equally frenetic dance style that's part breakdance and part jazzdance.
