King Krule was set to tour all the way across Europe in 2020, but the world had different plans. Shuttered into lockdown just a few shows into his band’s run in support of their third record Man Alive!, Krule was left with little to do. This recording, taken from the small handful of shows they were able to complete, provides a glimpse of a tour that was never meant to be. Alongside plenty of Man Alive! cuts are some ferocious takes on beloved older tunes like ‘Easy Easy’ and ‘Out Getting Ribs’. A nice consolation for the fans, and further proof of King Krule’s uniquely magnetic stage presence.
