Here’s a lovely slice of forward-thinking vintage electronics from Bristol’s Twelve Hour Foundation. Returning to Castles in Space with their first new LP since 2018’s tree little milk egg book and other non sequiturs, the Foundation delve further into their happy-go-lucky world with Six Twenty Negative, which sonically brings to mind early electronic experimentations, works by the BBC Radiophonic Workshop and tragically overlooked library music you’re likely to find on a charity shop vinyl rack.
