This record is the sort of wild and unpredictable ride which lets you know that you are dealing with a singular musical mind here.. Throughout Seconds Mark III a number of acoustic vignettes ala Daniel Johnston and lo-fi acoustic tapings which have something of The Brian Jonestown Massacre’s early LPs about them rub up against avant-garde string-led work reminiscent of John Cale.
