In a stunning left turn from the digitised minimal techno of 2019’s World Order Music, Levon Vincent goes analogue — sort of — with Drum Circle EP. The disc’s title track main attraction sees Vincent unfurl bass-heavy hits across the twinkling of a thumb piano and an unstoppable tambourine hit before eventually easing in with a sizzling ride. ‘Space Exploration’, on the other hand, is another deep house cut in the classic style.
