After a fair few years away from Tresor - his last substantial releases on the label came in 2008 - James Ruskin returns to the imprint with new EP Siklikal. This is a set of psychedelic, disorienting techno tools from one of the best in the business at that particular style. Most of the cuts here feature atonal synth loops swirling around atop punching broken-beat kick drums. We recommend blending a Siklikal jam with some Steve Bicknell and Planetary Assault Systems.
