Erased Tapes Records is an independent record label based in London, established by German born Robert Raths in 2007. The label is managed by Raths with help from Sofia Ilyas, Adam Heron, Jamie Wood and Patrick Hanrahan. With a blueprint for releasing avant-garde music, they have worked with artists from around the globe, presenting a diverse range of genres and styles, from modern classical to postrock to cinematic electronic pop. Building a roster of artists that include German pianist Nils Frahm, A Winged Victory For The Sullen - the ambient project of Adam Bryanbaum Wiltzie and Dustin O'Halloran, Nordic electronic duo Kiasmos made up of Òlafur Arnalds and Janus Rasmussen and electronic artist Rival Consoles amongst others. They have created a label that fosters innovation and imagination for their family of musicians, and place of musical discovery for the sonic explorer.
