Glasgow based DJ and musician Mr. T.C. aka Thomas Clarke releases Soundtrack For Strangers through Optimo. It is a fitting home for a sound as impossible to define as this one. T.C. Sound looks outward with a brooding electro gaze which is upholstered by some bone-rattling live percussive elements. A second highlight comes in the form of This is a Dance Hit where an almost LCD Soundsytem-like cynicism manifests itself in a moonlit journey through deep synths and clattering beat patters. As the monochromatic artwork suggests, this is a soundtrack for the colder seasons.
