Drum and bass dons Paradox and DJ Trax dust off their old collaborative project Mixrace for the first time in twenty five years for a new 12” single on Over/Shadow entitled Myosphere / Stillness. The A side’s ‘Myosphere’ clears the air with a dusty vocal sample straight out of an old sci-fi film and some tension-building ambient synths before busting down the door with the amens. The flip’s ‘Stillness’ adds a similar extended intro before aiming towards the sky with its crystal clear breaks and heavenly keys.
