‘Recycled Plastik’ is a mini-album from the man also known as Richie Hawtin, the master of minimal techno and creator of a huge, era-defining body of work under his Plastikman moniker. Originally released in 1994, the mini-album comprises of four tracks from previously released 12” singles, plus two tracks, new to audiences. Classic early Hawtin gear anchored by the staggering ‘Spastik’ – a nine-minute riot of nothin’ but off-the -hook 909 percussion.
