The instrumentals of the incredible BADBADNOTGOOD and Ghostface Killah collaboration on Lex Records. When the Toronto jazz outfit teamed up with Ghostface it was the lyrical prowess of the Wu-Tang stalwart (along with guest spots from masterminds like Danny Brown) which stole the show. Now Lex have treated us even more and let the faultless smoky jazz instrumentals which Ghostface bounced off of come to the fore. From the raw soul of Mind Playing Tricks to the jazz-bar coolness of Food, the instrumentals were the nucleus of the collaborative record and they shine just as bright as standalone compositions.
