A welcome return from premier pop savant LA Priest here. It’s been half a decade since the former Late Of The Pier member dropped the first LA Priest LP Inji, but GENE demonstrates that the one known to many as Samuel Dust still hasn’t lost his knack for weird and wonderful psychedelic pop in the mould of Ariel Pink and Connan Mockasin - the latter of whom is Dust’s buddy in their collaborative project Soft Hair.
